Ann E. Michael works as coordinator of the writing center at DeSales University, but her 35-year day job has actually been poetry. She has four chapbooks and a full-length collection, Water-Rites, to her name, as well as a long history of poem and essay publications–in print and online–usually in micro-presses and small magazines. April 7, 2016 Julieta Leon and an International Poetry Reading

Venue change….6 PM Kehr Union Building at Bloomsburg University

Please join us on Thursday, April 7…River Poets will take part in a very special poetry event on the Bloomsburg University campus.  The evening of international poetry include 18 students reading their poems in translation and English.   As many of you know, for about a year, 8 of the River Poets, under the direction of Dr. Jesus Salas-Elorza have been translating the Spanish poetry book “Mall” by Julieta Leon, our guest and featured poet.   6:00-9:00 pm in the Kehr Union, Fireside room, on the Bloomsburg University campus.
