August 17, 2023 Planning meeting & work session CHANGE OF LOCATION
In the library.
New location for this meeting is the PERKINS RESTAURANT & BAKERY [Buckhorn] opposite the Columbia Mall/Aldis.
Ask/seek the River Poets meeting when the host/hostess greets you. Respectfully, do not bring outside or home food or beverages into the meeting.
Jet stream or Gulf Stream? Select ytour current and join us to share your ideas of how River Poets will soar or sail ahead.
Plan the future [not all of it, just about 6 months] of local poetry readings and events.

BRASH at Kocher Park
Theme: BRASH
BRASH is known for writing ekphrastic poetry [inspired by art]. The chapbook Bloomings was written to art in various locations in Bloomsburg a number of years ago.
Hear our own River Poet BRASH tell tales in poetic form. Share your own poems about when you acted brashly, confident but aggressive, or observed someone else acting that way.
