THEME: Tropical Winter Festival with a drawing for prizes: candidates must be wearing a hot-weather outfit (i.e. sun hat, Hawaiian shirt, etc.)
plus the RP on-going white elephant sale (lightly used items, things you may wish to move forward or just away from yourself). You may see snow, we see sand and opportunities in the new year…we resolve to make things better – everywhere.

THEME: You can not shoot a poem
Paula, Professor of English at Bucknell University, grew up in Niagara Falls, but has also lived in Italy, Greece and Cyprus. No wonder then that travel writing is one of her interests. Her new book of poems, also called You Can NOT Shoot a POEM, will be released this November. Her earlier poetry books include The Acquiescent Villa and Litanies Near Water. You can leave your arrows at home but set your sights on a great reading! MC: Linda Dietrichson |
