THEME: NATURE
Humes’ most recent collections of poetry are Butterfly Effect, published by Milkweed Editions in1998; August Evening with Trumpet was published by the University of Arkansas Press in 2004. His poems have been published in Poetry Northwest, Poetry, Gettysburg Review, Shenandoah, Hampden-Sydney Review, Hollins Critic and elsewhere. He lives with his wife near Kutztown, PA. Influences are probably W. B. Yeats, then Frost, and all the other poets he has read over the years. MC: Dave Barsky

James Magill lives and writes in Pennsylvania. He currently has a manuscript titled Reflections on the Human Condition. Magill’s writing has received, and continues to garner, some national attention.
